Yuulo provides news, information and tips services to anyone interested in sports, events and entertainment who may wish to place bets or vote on their outcome. Yuulo is funded by advertising revenues and commissions. Yuulo may be remunerated by third party companies for information on the choices, actions and behaviour of visitors to our website. Alternatively third party companies may choose to pay to advertise on our website because of the number and calibre of our users. In this way we will provide the Services at no direct cost to you.

Yuulo may collect personal information about you that you submit in the course of registering for e mail tips and/or while accessing our Services via the website. Currently we only require your e mail address to subscribe to our weekly tipping service. But we may also collect information about the way in which you use our website and your browsing preferences.

Yuulo is required to obtain your permission under the DPA 1998 and GDPR to process your data because it is necessary for Yuulo to perform its’ contractual obligations to provide the Services. In the event Yuulo proposes to obtain revenue from electronic marketing in the future it will contact you separately to request your consent in circumstances where you will be able to say yes or no in an informed way and whichever choice you make your continuing contractual entitlements to the Services will be unaffected.

Yuulo will store your data securely. No website is ever 100% secure all of the time so in the event of any attempt by hackers to obtain your data or any other kind of data breach we will inform you at the earliest practicable opportunity on the website or by e mail suggesting the best protective course of action.

Retention of Information and deleting Data

Yuulo will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary to provide you with our Services. If you Unsubscribe, your personal information will be deleted as quickly as practical and wherever possible and practical it will be deleted immediately.
